Small repair to a cedar shed where squirrels had chewed their way in.
Removed all bathroom fixtures/floor to re-plumb. except the shower.
Did you know that you are supposed to check/clean the backwater valve annually? If you don't a plumber will happily accept an expensive call.
Minimal visual disruption and easy access is paramount.
New herringbone tile pattern and re-installed existing toilet/vanity/taps/....
All changed except the existing shower.
Closet floor restored.

Dig the trench through the storage room to connect the new sewage line.
Main pipes were in the finished living room (~16 feet away from the bathroom)
The original plumber connected to the pipe to the left (storm water) instead of the sewage pipe (right). Easy mistake as they look the same but it should have been checked before the city shut it down.
Restored storm water pipe (top). Created new plumbing for toilet, sink, shower and air vent (bottom). Sewage needed to be run 16 feet to closest sewage pipe through storage room into the finished living room.

Carpeted removable floor section allows access to storm water access (Blue), sewer access (Black) and the Backflow valve (Grey cover).
